Fairlawn West United Church of Christ  Akron, OH

John grew up in Akron, went to Revere Schools, and attended Fairlawn West in his youth. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University, but took a job teaching high school math in Baltimore through an alternative-licensure program. After teaching for two years, he moved back to Akron to be near family and friends.
