We are in the process of becoming officially an "Open and Affirming Congregation" within the United Church of Christ. In light of our mission statement above, we have in truth already become an O&A congregation.
We will be taking a congregational vote on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at 10:45 am in our Fellowship Hall.
On Sunday, September 12, 2010 starting at 10:45 am we will be having a potluck brunch in the Fellowship Hall and viewing the documentary "For the Bible Tells Me So."
We have completed a study group this summer using the book "The Children Are Free: Reexamining the Biblical Evidence on Same-sex Relationships."
